In addition to the online application, reference letter, and supplemental materials, students selected for consideration may be required to participate in a brief in-person interview and audition. Performing arts students will perform a short piece. Visual arts students will provide a small portfolio. All application materials and auditions will be scored on a rubric.
The Scholarship Committee will take the following factors into account:
- Financial need
- Professionalism/demeanor
- Ability
- Reason for choosing camp/event
- What applicant hopes to gain from camp/event
The Scholarship Committee will contact applicants via the email address provided on the application. Unless otherwise noted, in-person auditions will take place in the Barry Community Enrichment Center.
