before beginning the application.

Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted

In addition to the online application, reference letter, and supplemental materials, students selected for consideration will be required to participate in a brief in-person interview and audition. Performing arts students will perform a short piece. Visual arts students will provide a small portfolio. All application materials and auditions will be scored on a rubric.

The Scholarship Committee will take the following factors into account:

• Financial need
• Professionalism/demeanor
• Ability
• Reason for choosing camp/event
• What applicant hopes to gain from camp/event

The Scholarship Committee will contact applicants via the email address provided on the application. Students selected for an audition will be notified the week of April 8th. Only two attempts will be made to contact selected applicants, one by email and one by phone.

Auditions will take place the week of April 29th in the Barry Community Enrichment Center.
