Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted
In addition to the online application and supplemental materials, students selected for consideration will be required to participate in a brief in-person interview and audition. Performing arts students will perform a short piece. Visual arts students will provide a small portfolio. All application materials and auditions will be scored on a rubric.
The Scholarship Committee will take the following factors into account:
- Financial need
- Reason for choosing camp/event
- What applicant hopes to gain from camp/event
The Scholarship Committee will contact applicants via the email address provided on the application. Students selected for an audition will be notified by 5 pm on Tuesday, April 23rd. (Please note that only two attempts will be made to contact selected applicants, one by email and one by phone. It is the applicant’s responsibility to provide suitable contact information.)
Auditions will be held the week of May 5th in the Barry Community Enrichment Center.
